Cold Prep

Cold preparation includes any application that does not use direct heat element. Counter space, cutting boards, knives, bowls, whisks, spoons, folding tables, small appliances, etc. available. $13.00 per hour.

40 Quart

Stand mixer

Globe brand 40 Quart Stand Mixer - For mixing dough, batter, icing, etc. $13.00 per hour.

Dish Washing

3 compartment sink with high pressure faucet, or 2 compartment large capacity sinks available. (Caution: Water temperature up to 140 degrees fahrenheit.) $13.00 per hour.

Hot Prep

Stove - first burner

Our US Range brand propane range has 6 extra large burners. Pots, pans, wok, spatulas, spoons, etc. available. $16.50 per hour for the first burner.

Stove - additional burners

$3.25 an hour, per burner, for additional burners.

Conventional Oven

Our US Range brand propane conventional oven has 3 racks. Sheet pans, hotel, pans, muffin tins available. $19.50 per hour.

Convection Oven

Our Wolf brand propane convection oven has 6 racks. (Convection oven cooks faster than a conventional oven.) Sheet pans, hotel pans, muffin tins available. $19.50 per hour.

Our Evolution Acutemp brand propane steamer has 6 racks. Helpful for batch steaming & sanitizing canning equipment. $19.50 per hour.

Deep Fryer

Our Frymaster brand deep fryer has a 3 gallon capacity and 2 fry baskets.

$19.50 per hour.

Full Kitchen

For large groups, multiple applications, or more private use of space, rent the whole kitchen. Includes use of cold prep, stove, oven, and appliances. $35.00 per hour.

Food Processor

Cuisinart brand food processor available. $13.00 per hour.

Oster Immersion Blender

Oster brand immersion blender available. $13.00 per hour.

Hand Blenders

Cuisinart brand hand blenders available. $13.00 per hour.

Dehydrator

Lem brand, 10 rack dehydrator available. $2.00 per hour.

Monthly rates for cold and dry storage:

Cold storage: refrigerator & chest freezer available. $6.00 per square foot, per month.

Dry storage available. $3.00 per square foot, per month.

Supplies available for rent:

Round Cocktail Tables

Round cocktail tables - 4 feet tall by 3 feet wide available. $5.00 per table for 24 hours rental. (* Available to non-profit or charitable organizations free of charge.)

Table Cloths

Table cloths available for rent - large white round, large/small white rectangle, large tropical print (varied color). $5.00 cleaning fee per tablecloth for 24 hour rental.
